The first stop on our One life One Chance Aussie Roadtrip was Toowomba , the city of flowers. The flowers would have loved all the rain! This first stop was a real test for us as the weather is always so unpredictable, we had light rain, heavy rain, and high winds. Not only did the participants get a good workout, so too did our Jayco motorhome and trailer! Visualising clear blue skies, sunshine and dry grounds, we were tested with the complete opposite. Plan B comes into action and we thank Glen Azar from Fighting Fit for allowing us to move 2 of the 3 training sessions indoors.
In life, we often have a perfect plan in our head, but real success comes from having a plan B and even sometimes a plan C….just in case!
LISA STILL HAS TO TRAIN!
Kindly offering to train me, Glen Azar put me through the paces in a fun and challenging session, boxing, jogging, sit ups, push ups plus 2 x 2min rounds sparring with him in the ring….wow…so much fun but I was buggered!! And sore for a few days afterwards! Loved it – thanks Glen. I’ve never “punched” anyone…so I kept laughing and apologizing!
Later in the afternoon, a friendly cross fit competition was held. Amazing to watch and see so many ladies lifting weights – great for body shaping.
OUR FIRST 3 ROADTRIP MEMBERS
Congratulations to Lauren, Yvette and Kim.
Thank you for taking the first step to Kiss Your Old Self Goodbye!
I finished my 10 weeks of K1 today and I would again like to thank you for helping me get my life back. I have lost 18.2kg and a total of 95.5cm, 21.5cm of that from around my waist. I have signed up for K2 and I have a goal of having a six pack by my 40th in May next year (the abs kind).

My 'before' photos are very confronting... never again will I let myself get like that, you have given me the self belief and the knowledge to stay on track and to live each day with purpose and also discipline. I have now lost 18kgs and am starting to feel like me again.
